Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

VIP orders are processed first and ship via USPS. Delivery is typically 7–10 business days. Home delivery isn’t guaranteed in all areas—USPS may hold for pickup when required.

When will my order ship?

Most VIP orders ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.

Where do you ship?

Currently within the United States. (We’ll announce VIP international options if this changes.)

How do I track my package?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it shows “Delivered” but you don’t have it, please check with your local USPS office or neighbor first, then contact support.

What is the return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened items can’t be returned for safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Contact Support with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP and we’ll update it. Once shipped, address changes must be handled by USPS.
