Cancellation Policy

We want cancellation to be clear and straightforward.

VIP membership cancellation

• You may request cancellation at any time before your next billing date.
• Your VIP access and benefits remain available through the end of the period already paid for, unless your original enrollment terms state otherwise.
• After cancellation is processed, no new membership renewal charges will be initiated by Zenith.

How to cancel

Use the form on our Membership Cancellation page and enter Cancel My Membership in the message. You can also email contact@support-zenith.com or call +1 (888) 836-2896. Include the email address used for your membership so we can locate it.

We will send confirmation when the request has been processed. Membership access is managed by our platform partner, so changes may not appear instantly.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has entered shipment processing. Once shipped, the order may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.
