To cancel your Zenith VIP Club membership, complete the form below and write Cancel My Membership in the message field.

• Use the email address connected to your membership.
• Submit your request before the next billing date.
• We will email you when the cancellation has been processed.

Membership access is managed by our platform partner. We can process your request, but we cannot change how the sign-in or authentication system operates.
